Add a one-off class to the calendar

This is for a class that runs once. For classes that run every week, set up the weekly schedule instead and generate them.

1. Open Schedule in the sidebar and stay on the Calendar tab.
2. Move to the week you want the class in — the actions below apply to the week you are looking at.
3. Open the Actions menu at the top of the calendar and choose Add event.
4. Fill in the class and save it.

The Actions menu also holds Generate events, Generate events for next 4 weeks and Clear events, which all work from the weekly schedule. Take care with Clear events: it applies to the week on screen.
