Create a workout

Build a named workout, then add exercises to it in the builder.

Workouts live under the Workouts sidebar item, not under Products, even though the page address says /products/.

  1. Open Workouts in the sidebar, then the Workouts tab.
  2. Select Add workout.
  3. Give it a Name and pick the Class type it belongs to.
  4. Leave Client blank for a workout the whole gym can use. Choosing a client makes it that client’s own plan instead.
  5. Fill in Trainer explanation for the coach running it, and Plan overview for what the client sees. The plan overview is written once per published language.
  6. Tick the Spaces it can run in, if it only suits some of your rooms.
  7. Select Save.

Saving takes you straight to the builder, where you add the exercises. The workout is not finished until you have — a saved workout with no exercises is an empty plan.

The button says Add workout and the page it opens is headed Create template. They are the same thing: workouts are stored as templates.
