What data can the assistant see?

Your gym's, and nothing else. It's bound to your gym and your user the moment you open it, so it can't read another Orlo customer's data or step around the permissions that person already has.

Does it get things wrong?

It can. That's why its answers come with the specific figures they were built from, and why anything it writes — a page, a message — is left as a draft for you to check before it goes out.
