Run your gym from Claude or ChatGPT

Connect your Orlo account and ask the way you would ask someone on the team: who has not come in this month, which classes are half empty, what you have billed. And ask for changes — it shows you what it is about to do and waits for your yes.

What you can ask it

Real Monday-morning questions, answered from your gym's own data rather than with a generic reply.

"Which classes are looking thin this week?"

It tells you the free spaces in each class, how full they were in the weeks before and who usually comes.

"Put Tati on every Pilates class without a trainer"

It shows you the list of classes it is about to change. Nothing changes until you say yes.

"Make me a page for Saturday's mobility workshop"

It builds it on your website and shows it to you inside the conversation. It stays a draft until you publish it.

What it sees and what it does

Your whole gym, in one conversation

It reads the same things as your Orlo dashboard and changes things the same way, so your gym's rules apply just the same.

The timetable

Classes, bookings and attendance. Change the trainer, room or capacity of many classes at once, and cancel a class — asking you first whether to email the people booked on it.

Your clients

Find anyone, see how they train, what they pay and what they have said in surveys. Add new clients and change their details or assigned trainer.

Your numbers

Revenue, bookings, no-shows, active members and satisfaction, compared with the period before. The same figures as your business dashboard, not an estimate.

Your website

Visits and most-viewed pages. It builds new pages and changes the ones you have, and shows them to you inside the chat. Everything stays a draft until you press Publish.

How to use Orlo

"Where do I change the price of a pack?" It answers with the exact screen and button in Orlo.

You stay in charge

It sees what you see

Each person on the team connects with their own account and has the same permissions as in Orlo. If a trainer cannot see billing in the dashboard, they cannot see it from ChatGPT either.

It asks before it changes anything

A change that touches several things is shown to you first, and only made on your yes. Orlo enforces that; it does not rely on the AI remembering.

It does not touch money

No refunds, no charges, no plan changes, and it deletes nothing. Those are still done in Orlo.

It is all recorded

Every change goes into the history with who asked for it and that it came from Claude or ChatGPT. Take a permission away and access stops at the next question.

How to connect it

In Orlo, go to Settings → Integrations and copy your gym's address. Then:

  • Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the address and select Connect.
  • ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors, create a connector, paste the address and select Connect.
  • Claude Code: copy the command Orlo gives you on the same screen.

Orlo asks you to sign in and allow access. It takes two minutes, and each person on the team does it once with their own account.

Questions, answered

What does it cost?
Nothing extra on the Orlo side: it is inside the €99/month. It is not part of Orlo Web, which is the website only. You need your own Claude or ChatGPT account that lets you add connectors.
How do I switch it on?
For now we switch it on gym by gym. Message us and we will turn it on for yours; it then appears under Settings → Integrations.
Where does my clients' data go?
What Claude or ChatGPT reads from Orlo goes through your Claude or ChatGPT account, under the terms you have with them. Orlo never sees the conversation: it only receives the lookups Claude or ChatGPT make, and for each one it records which tool was used and when.
Can it get things wrong?
It can misunderstand what you ask, like anyone. That is why the numbers come from the same sums as your dashboard, changes are shown before they are made and website pages stay as drafts. If something does not add up, ask it where it got it from.
