Can my team see the revenue?

Only if you let them. Permissions are set person by person, so a coach can see their schedule and their clients without seeing a single euro.

Can I export the data?

Yes, whenever you need it for your accountant or your own analysis. The difference is that you no longer have to export anything to know how the month is going.

How far back does the data go?

As far back as the history you bring with you. If we import your previous bookings and memberships, the reports start from those rather than from zero.
