Memberships and payments

The money comes in on its own, every month

Memberships renew, packs count sessions down, failed payments retry, and cancellation fees apply themselves. You watch it happen instead of chasing it.

Getting paid shouldn't take up your Mondays

In a lot of gyms, collecting money is a manual job dressed up as a system: a spreadsheet, a few bounced receipts, and one awkward conversation a month.

Bounced receipts

A card expires, nobody notices, and next month you're asking for two months' fees.

Packs counted by hand

Counting sessions in a notebook works right up until two people count differently.

Access that never lapses

Someone stops paying and keeps booking, because the payment system and the booking system don't talk.

Billing and access

What gets charged, and what opens the door

Payment and access are the same thing in Orlo: when the state of a membership changes, so does what that person can book.

Recurring memberships

Monthly, quarterly, or annual, with the classes they include and whatever weekly limit you want. They renew themselves, and access follows the payment.
Recurring memberships

Class packs

Ten classes, five personal sessions, whatever you sell. Each booking counts one down and the member can see what's left.

Automatic retries

If a card fails, Orlo tries again and lets the member know. Most of them resolve without ever reaching you.

Cancellation fees

They're added to the client's balance and ride along on their next invoice, with no separate charge to explain.

Discounts and referrals

Apply a discount to whoever you like and reward the people who bring you new members, without keeping the tally somewhere else.

Invoices and refunds

Every charge leaves an invoice, filed against the client. Refunds are issued from the same screen.

"This is the best app I've seen at a gym, no other gym has one like this. It just works."

Questions, answered

Who processes the payments?
Stripe. The money goes to your account, not ours, and card details never pass through Orlo. You see the charges, the invoices, and the refunds from your own dashboard.
Can I still take cash or a bank transfer?
Yes. You record the payment by hand and the membership is up to date just as if it had gone through by card, with its access and its invoice.
What happens if somebody stops paying?
After the retries, the membership is flagged and that person can no longer book with it. You don't have to remember to take their access away by hand.
What about the memberships I already have running?
They're imported with their price, their renewal date, and their history, so nobody is over- or under-charged in the first week.
