Gym software pricing, with a website included

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

Neither. You pay month by month and can cancel at the end of any month, with no penalty and no months of notice to give. There's no joining fee and no setup cost either: what you see is what you pay from the first month.

Can I try it before I pay?

Better than a trial: it's free while you build it. You create the account with no card, set your whole gym up on a private address that stays out of Google, and pay nothing until you open to the public. There's no trial that expires and no time limit. And if you'd rather look before signing up, the live demo is open and you can walk through it right now, with a real example gym's data in it.

Does the price include VAT?

No, the €29, €99 and €199 are all before VAT. Orlo invoices from the UK, so the invoice carries no VAT and you account for it yourself on your own return under the reverse charge. That's why we ask for your VAT number at checkout.

Does the price go up as I get more members?

No. It's the same price at 60 members as at 600, and there are no bands to cross without warning. The only thing that grows with your gym is the transaction fees, because they're charged per payment processed.

What are the Stripe fees?

2.5% + €0.25 per domestic transaction, and there are two things in that. The 1.5% + €0.25 is Stripe's fee: they process the payment and it lands in your account, not ours. The remaining 1% is ours, and it's the only thing we charge on top of your plan. The Website plan takes no payments, so it has no fees. Where a currency conversion is involved, Stripe charges separately.

Are there features I'd pay extra for?

No. Each plan includes everything in the one before it, and nothing is sold as a separate module. What Growth adds is a service with people behind it: we build and run your Google Ads campaigns.

Does Growth's €199 include what I spend on ads?

No, and it matters that this is clear. The €199 is the Growth plan: all of Orlo plus building and running your campaigns. The ad budget is separate, it's yours to set, and you pay it to Google directly from your own Google Ads account, which stays yours, with us as managers. On the invoice you'll always see the two stated separately.

What about the memberships and data I already have?

They're imported with their price, their renewal date, and their history, so nobody is over- or under-charged in the first week. We do it with you before you start using it.
