Optional add-on

We know whether the ad brought you a member. Not just whether it brought you a click.

Any agency can set up Google campaigns for you. None of them can tell you what happened after the click, because they don't have your bookings or your payments. We do: your gym's website, bookings and payments are already in Orlo. That's why we can follow a person from the ad to the day they become a member — and tell you exactly what they cost you.

The problem with advertising for gyms

An agency shows you a report full of impressions, clicks and “conversions”. The conversions are usually filled-in forms. Nobody knows how many of those forms ended up training in your gym the following Tuesday, or what you paid for each of the ones that did.

It isn't bad faith: the agency doesn't have your data. It sees as far as your website's front door and that's where it ends. What happens inside — who books a trial class, who comes back, who becomes a member and what they pay — nobody sees but you.

We're already inside.

How it works

Four steps, from the ad to the sign-up.

1 · The keywords come from your data, not from a template

We look at what people in your area actually search for: your discipline, your neighbourhood, your timetable. A CrossFit box in Gràcia and a pilates studio in Sant Cugat aren't competing for the same thing, and shouldn't pay for the same searches.

2 · The landing pages live on your own website

Not on an agency domain that vanishes when you stop paying them. They're on your Orlo website, with your real timetable and your real prices, and they update themselves when you change something. They load fast because they are your website, not a copy of it.

3 · We follow the click to the booking and to the sign-up

When someone arrives from an ad, we know. If they book a trial class, we know. If they become a member three weeks later, we know that too — and we know which campaign brought them.

4 · The budget goes up where it works and down where it doesn't

We compare what each new member costs against what we agreed with you. Campaigns that bring members get more budget; keywords that spend without bringing anyone get stopped. And every change is recorded in your Orlo account, with the date and the reason.

What you know each month

Not a PDF full of colourful charts. The same numbers you use to decide anything else about the gym:

  • What you've spent, against what you'd budgeted
  • How many new members came from the ads
  • What each one cost you
  • Which campaigns brought them, and which brought nobody
  • Every change we've made, when and why

And because the members are in Orlo, you know what comes next: how many are still training three months on. A member who costs €40 and stays a year is not the same as one who costs €25 and leaves in February.

And said plainly: the panel for checking these numbers inside Orlo is still being finished. Until it lands, we give them to you ourselves, every month, in writing. What you can already see in your account from day one is the change log: what we touched, when, and why.

Your account, your budget, your decision

What stays yours when we're the ones running the campaigns.

The account is yours

In your name and on your card. We're managers, not owners. If one day you stop, you take the account with its whole history: campaigns, keywords and conversion data. There's nothing to “get back” because it was never ours.

The spend is separate

You pay your ad budget directly to Google. Our management fee is separate and always itemised, so you know at any moment how much goes to Google and how much comes to us. There's no hidden margin in the spend.

You stop whenever you like

Closed in August? Full in January? Tell us and the campaign is paused that same day — and the change is recorded in your account with its date and its reason, like every other one.

€250 a month for the management

No lock-in. You cancel at the end of any month.

Your ad budget is separate and yours to set. For a boutique gym in a Spanish city, somewhere between €200 and €400 a month is usually enough to start seeing something.

One new member a month already covers the fee.

Before you write to us

When it makes sense, and when it doesn't

Telling you no is part of the job too. We don't charge for managing campaigns that shouldn't exist.

It makes sense if

  • You have free places you want to fill
  • Your gym already works and you want more people in your area to know it
  • You can sustain €200-400 a month in ads for a few months

It doesn't make sense if

  • You're full, with a waitlist
  • You open in three months and don't have a timetable or prices yet
  • You want results in two weeks — search advertising takes time to settle, and the first months are as much for learning as for selling

Frequently asked questions

The ones gyms ask us while they're thinking it over.
Do I need to have a Google Ads account already?
No. If you don't have one, we create it in your name and on your payment method. If you already have one, we link it to ours as managers and you keep your whole history.
Does the €250 include what I spend on ads?
No, and it matters that this is clear. The €250 is our fee for building and running the campaigns. The ad budget is separate, it's yours to set, and you pay it to Google directly from your own Google Ads account — which stays yours, with us as managers. On the invoice you'll always see the two stated separately.
How much budget do I need?
For a boutique gym in a Spanish city, somewhere between €200 and €400 a month is usually enough to start. Less than that and there are so few clicks it's hard to tell whether anything is working.
How long does it take to work?
The first clicks arrive the same day. Knowing whether it's worth it takes longer: allow two or three months to have enough sign-ups to say anything with substance. Anyone promising you results in two weeks is selling you something else.
Do I have to be an Orlo customer?
Yes. All of this works because your website, your bookings and your payments are in the same system. Without that we could build you campaigns, but we couldn't tell you which member each ad brought — which is exactly what makes this different.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. No lock-in: you cancel at the end of any month. And any campaign can be paused same-day: you ask us and we do it, without waiting for the end of the month and without an argument.
How many gyms are already on it?
A few. The service is new, and we'd rather you know that before you join than after. In exchange, the first gyms get more attention than we'll be able to give once there are many.
What if it doesn't work?
We'll tell you. If after a few months the cost per member doesn't make sense for your gym, the honest thing is to stop, and we'll say so before you have to.

Tell us how your gym is doing

Tell us what discipline you run, what neighbourhood you're in and whether you have free places right now. We'll tell you whether we think search advertising can work for you — and if not, we'll tell you that too.
