Orlo makes it easy to deliver high-quality, varied workouts every time. Use a powerful combination of a customizable exercise library, reusable class templates, and automatic class planning—so your clients always get fresh, effective sessions, and your trainers save hours of prep.
Exercise Library
Every exercise in Orlo is a single movement (like squats or rows), tagged by muscle group and type. You can build and manage your gym’s own exercise library, add video demos, and search by keyword or category. Use any exercise across multiple class templates and workout plans for maximum flexibility.
Templates for Consistency
Templates are reusable class blueprints. Each template matches a class type and focuses on things like push/pull direction, training method (strength, endurance, etc.), and muscle group (legs, back, etc.). Templates help trainers deliver consistent, on-brand workouts every time.
Automatic & Manual Class Planning
Orlo can automatically generate a complete class plan for you one hour before the session. The system reviews every booked client’s recent exercise history and scores templates based on variety—choosing the best fit for your group and avoiding repeats. If you want to make changes, you can always regenerate the plan.
Choosing a Template in Advance
Want a specific template for a class? You can pick it ahead of time! Just edit the class event on your timetable and select the template you want to use. This gives you full control for special classes, events, or themes—while keeping automation for everything else.
Manual Planning (If You Prefer)
- Go to the class in the timetable.
- Click Generate Plan (if there isn’t one) or Regenerate Plan to create a new one.
- If auto-planning is off, trainers can build plans from scratch using the same menu.
Track Progress with Weight Logging
During each session, clients log the weights they use for every exercise in the template—directly from their phones or in-app. This turns every class into a data point for progress.
- Clients and trainers can instantly see past performance, set new targets, and push for improvement.
- Orlo’s reporting highlights personal bests, plateaus, and trends—helping you celebrate progress and spot where support is needed.

Live, Real-Time Collaboration
Trainers have a live view of the class plan during every session. As clients fill in their weights, trainers see updates in real time—perfect for tracking progress and adjusting coaching on the fly.
- If a client prefers not to enter data themselves, the trainer can fill in weights for them with a tap.
- Trainers can also leave private notes for themselves or for clients (e.g., technique cues, targets for next time, or motivational messages).
- This real-time connection ensures everyone is on the same page and that no client is left behind.
