Index View: Find Anyone, Fast

  • Add New Clients: With the right permissions, staff can click “New Client” to quickly add new members or leads to your system.
  • Search and Filter: The search bar lets you instantly find clients by name, email, or other details. Results update live via Turbo for a smooth workflow.
  • Segment with Filter Pills: Quickly view clients by their assigned trainer, or filter to see just personal training (“PT”) or class clients.
  • Quick Stats: At the top, six “data tab” tiles show key counts: active members, new trials, at-risk clients, PT clients, class clients, and more—giving you a snapshot of your community at a glance.
  • Client Cards: Each client appears as a card with:
    • Name and “member since” info
    • Contact details (WhatsApp, email, last visit)
    • Risk tags, if any issues are detected (like low attendance)
    • Progress bars for their current plan, pack, or PT allowance
    • Action buttons for quick editing or management
  • Pagination: Browse through your full client list easily, even if you have hundreds of members.
