Build the things clients buy — what they cost, how often they are billed, and how many classes they are worth.
Needs the Manage products permission.
This is how you build a product. Selling one to a particular client is a different job, done from that client’s own page.
The tab you start from sets Frequency for you, and Frequency is what actually decides which of the two you get: One time makes a pack, Monthly or Every 4 weeks makes a membership. Nothing else on the form decides it, and changing it later changes what the product is.
0 and it can be cancelled any time.Saving also creates the product in Stripe, which is what makes it billable. If Stripe refuses it, the save fails and you get an error rather than a half-made product.
Fill in the EN tab of the name even if you never publish in English. That is the one sent to Stripe when the product is created, so leaving it empty puts a nameless product on your invoices.
Under Allowances there is a line for every service you have set up, with a number and an Unlimited classes tick.
This is the part that is easy to miss. The number is how many sessions of that service the product buys — per billing period on a membership, in total on a pack. A product saved with every allowance left at zero and nothing ticked is a product a client can buy and then book nothing with. It will not warn you.
So a €60 monthly membership worth eight classes gets an 8 on your classes
service and nothing on personal training. An unlimited membership gets
Unlimited classes ticked on the service it is unlimited in — not on all of
them, unless you mean it.
If a service is missing from this list, it has not been created yet. That is done on the Services tab first.
Edit it from the actions menu at the end of its row. A new price applies to whoever buys it next — it does not move anybody who is already on the product, now or at their next renewal. Putting an existing member on a new price is done by editing their membership on their own page.
To stop selling something, Archive it from the same menu rather than deleting it. Archiving takes it out of the list you pick from when adding a product to a client, and leaves everyone who already has it exactly as they are.
