Describe the week that repeats, and the calendar fills itself from it.
Needs the Manage schedule permission.
The weekly schedule is the pattern. The calendar is filled from it automatically, four weeks ahead, and kept that far ahead every day.
A class that runs on several days at the same time is one entry with several days ticked, not one entry per day.
When you save, the class goes onto the calendar for the next four weeks, and clients can book onto it straight away. Any date whose room is already full at that time is skipped, and the message after saving says how many were. Those dates are tried again every day, so they fill in if the room frees up.
When the class already has classes on the calendar, the form asks what the change applies to: Update future classes too, or Only the recurring class. Updating future classes leaves alone any class you have changed by hand.
If you update future classes and the edit switches a day off, the future classes on that day that nobody has booked are cancelled. The ones with bookings stay on the calendar, and the message after saving says how many were left.
Deleting a recurring class cancels its future classes that nobody has booked. Classes with bookings stay on the calendar, for you to cancel there. Cancelling them there cancels the bookings too, and anyone who paid gets it back as class credit and an email saying so.
