Where to find new members, cancelled memberships, unpaid ones, clients' balances and payments not yet collected. There is no single report with all of them; each has its own tab.
Needs the Manage payments permission.
There is no single report with sign-ups, cancellations and debts together. Each of them has its own place under Clients, in tabs only staff who can manage payments see.
The Subscriptions tab lists every membership in the gym. It opens newest first, by the Created column, so the latest sign-ups are at the top.
In All statuses, choose Cancelled for the memberships that have ended. Where Orlo knows the date one was cancelled on, it is under the status. A membership set to stop at the end of the period it has been paid for still reads Active, with the date it cancels on underneath.
The Failed signups tab lists people who tried to join and whose payment never went through.
On Subscriptions, choose Past due in All statuses for the memberships whose payment has failed.
Late cancellation and no-show fees are not a payment of their own: they build up as the client’s balance and are charged with their next invoice. To see every client’s balance, download the client list with Download CSV on the Clients tab and read the balance_owed_euros column, or use Download all on Subscriptions, whose credit_balance_euros column is the same figure. A positive number is owed, a negative one is credit.
The Payments tab lists every payment. In All statuses, choose Requires payment method, Requires action or Processing for the ones that have not been collected. A cash payment marked as unpaid reads Requires action.
Insights, on its Business tab, shows revenue for a date range, active subscriptions by product and active members over time. Its Members joined and left card counts new and cancelled members month by month, against the period before. It counts members rather than subscriptions, so a plan change is neither. It needs the view revenue permission.
