Write down on a client's profile what the team needs to know and Orlo records nowhere else, such as an arrangement made at the desk or a change to their training.
Needs the Write observations permission.
Observations are for what the team needs to know about a client that fits nowhere else in Orlo: an arrangement made at the desk, such as two months paid up front in cash, or a change to their training, such as an adapted routine and what they can and can’t do.
In Clients, open the client’s profile. On Overview, the first tab, the observations are on the right, newest first, with the photo and name of whoever wrote each one and when. On a phone they sit just under the tabs: the pinned ones and the latest, with Show all for the rest.
Anyone who can view clients can read them.
Type in the box at the top and press Save. On a phone, press Add. You need the Write observations permission, given from each team member’s permissions; anyone who manages clients already has it.
Only the person who wrote an observation can edit it.
Orlo’s assistant, and Claude or ChatGPT if you have them connected, can read a client’s observations: ask them what was agreed with someone or what has been adapted for them. They read them as written, with who wrote each one and when. Resolved ones only if you ask.
When a client is deleted, their observations go with them. If the team member who wrote one leaves, the observation stays and shows as written by a former team member.
