How It Works
When your gym is created in Orlo, you’ll receive a unique email address just for bookings and cancellations from external providers. Here’s what happens:
- External platforms send booking or cancellation emails to your gym’s dedicated address.
- Orlo reads each email, finds the correct class, and either creates or cancels the booking—no manual steps required.
- Orlo automatically creates a client account if needed and marks the booking as “external.”
Identifying External Bookings
You’ll see a special icon next to the client’s name in your timetable for bookings from ClassPass, Urban Sports Club, and other external providers. These clients don’t need to check-in with Orlo—simply follow your provider’s usual process if check-in is required.
What Do You Need to Do?
Nothing! Orlo generates your external booking email address automatically. Just configure your ClassPass or Urban Sports Club account to send booking emails to this address, and Orlo takes care of the rest.

Other platforms may also work, as long as the emails contain the required information.
