Virtual Sessions

Orlo makes it easy to offer virtual classes and personal training sessions—perfect for remote clients, bad weather days, or extra flexibility. Whether you’re running group workouts or 1-on-1 sessions, everything runs directly in Orlo.

How It Works

  1. Tick the “Virtual” checkbox when creating an event or weekly event. That’s it! Orlo will automatically enable video access for both trainers and clients.
  2. Clients join via their dashboard: They’ll see a “Join Session” button appear 10 minutes before the class starts.
  3. Trainers join from the timetable: Staff see a direct “Join Session” link next to each virtual class or PT booking.

Key Features

  • No extra software: Everything runs inside Orlo—no Zoom or third-party accounts needed.
  • HD Video & Audio: Smooth, reliable video built for fitness coaching.
  • Group or 1-on-1: Orlo respects the event’s group size. There’s no upper limit beyond what you’ve set.
  • Chat & Screenshare: Use the in-session chat to answer questions, share playlists, or drop links. Share your screen to explain exercises or demo form.
  • Private and secure: Only the trainer and booked clients can join each session.
