The Insights page gives you a clear view of your gym’s performance across revenue, attendance, satisfaction, and retention. It’s designed to help you quickly understand what’s working, where you’re growing, and what might need attention.

Revenue Metrics

  • Total Revenue: Shows the total revenue for the selected period (e.g. “Previous Month”).
  • Revenue per Member: Tracks your average revenue per client each month.
  • Bookings Source: Understand how many bookings come through Orlo vs. external providers.

These metrics help you evaluate your financial growth and forecast future trends.

Satisfaction and Ratings

  • Overall Rating: Aggregated from client feedback across all classes and sessions.
  • Trainer, Music, Cleanliness, Facility Ratings: Breakdown of individual feedback categories.
  • Latest Comments: See the most recent feedback from clients, grouped by trainer, class, or client.

This section helps you monitor service quality and spot patterns—like consistent praise or recurring issues.

Attendance Trends

  • Class Attendance: Visualizes attendance over time, split by booked vs. attended.
  • Top Clients: See which clients attend the most classes or PT sessions.
  • Most Cancelled: Identify clients with the highest cancellation rates.

Use this data to reward loyal clients, re-engage inactive ones, or reduce no-shows.

Trainer and Client Analytics

  • Top-Spending Clients: Highlights the clients who’ve brought in the most revenue.
  • Most Active Clients: Ranks clients by attendance across group classes and personal training.
  • Trainer Ratings and Class Reviews: Lets you evaluate trainer performance and satisfaction.

This helps you coach your team, personalize outreach, and identify star performers.

Conversion and Growth

  • Bookings Over Time: Track long-term growth in class bookings.
