Client Profiles
This guide is for gym owners and personal trainers using Orlo to streamline operations, engage clients, and grow their business.
The client profile gives your team a complete overview of each member’s activity, progress, and personal information. It’s your go-to page for understanding how someone is doing and helping them stay on track.
Where to Find It
From the staff dashboard, go to People and click on any name to open their profile.

What You Can See
- Client details – See their email, phone, age, and language, as well as stats like number of classes attended and exercises logged.
- Last and next session – Quickly find out when they last trained and what’s coming up.
- Bookings – Review upcoming and past class bookings, including any cancellations or no-shows.
- Payments – View all charges and refunds linked to this client, with links to Stripe.
- Attendance chart – Visualise how often they’ve been attending classes.
- Exercise progress – Track how their strength is improving over time with weight charts for each exercise.
- Review history – Check their feedback and ratings for past sessions.
Actions You Can Take
- Edit their profile – Update names, contact info, or other personal details.
- Open in Stripe – Jump to their Stripe account to manage payments or subscriptions.
Why It Matters
Client profiles help your staff provide better service and personalised support. You’ll be able to spot attendance issues early, celebrate milestones, and keep everything up to date—without switching between tools.
It’s also a useful place for resolving issues. Whether a client is missing a payment, asking about their next class, or wondering how they’ve progressed, the answers are all in one place.
