Connect your Stripe account

This guide is for gym owners and personal trainers using Orlo to streamline operations, engage clients, and grow their business.

Once you’ve created a Stripe account, the next step is to connect it to your Orlo dashboard. This allows you to receive client payments automatically through the platform.

How the connection works

Orlo uses Stripe Connect to securely link your gym’s Stripe account to our system. This ensures:

• Payments go directly to your account
• You remain in control of your payouts and financial data
• Your clients see your business name on their receipts

Steps to connect your account

1. You'll receive an email from us with a link to connect your stripe account
2. Follow the link and sign in with your Stripe account
3. Stripe will take you through the steps necessary to connect your account

You only need to do this once. After that, Orlo can create products and prices in your Stripe account automatically as you setup your account.
