Set Up Your Weekly Schedule

This guide is for gym owners and personal trainers using Orlo to streamline operations, engage clients, and grow their business.

The weekly schedule makes it easy to automate your class timetable. Once you set up your regular sessions, the system will create them automatically each week—so you can set it and forget it.

How It Works

When you add a class to your weekly schedule, the app remembers it and generates future events every Monday. It always looks four weeks ahead, so your timetable stays full without any extra work.

Set Up Your Weekly Schedule

  1. Go to Staff > Schedule.
  2. Click Add Scheduled Event.
  3. Choose the session type, day of the week, start time, duration, trainer, and room (if applicable).
  4. Set how many people can join the class.
  5. Click Save.

Repeat this for each class you want to run regularly. These sessions will appear automatically on the timetable for the week starting four weeks from now.

Manage Your Schedule

  • You can edit or delete scheduled events at any time from the Staff > Schedule page.
  • If you ever want to quickly generate next week’s events, use the Generate events link on the timetable.
  • You can also clear the schedule for a specific week, which only removes events that have no bookings. Use this to reset a week if you need to.
