Set up your domain or URL

This guide is for gym owners and personal trainers using Orlo to streamline operations, engage clients, and grow their business.

When you activate your Orlo account, you'll automatically get a default subdomain like yourgym.orlo.es. You can use this as-is, or connect your own custom domain to match your brand.

Use the default Orlo URL

You can immediately share your .orlo.app link with clients. It’s fast, secure, and works out of the box — no setup required.

Connect your own domain

If you prefer a fully branded experience (like yourgym.com), you can register your own domain and point it to Orlo by updating your DNS records.

Step 1: Choose your domain

You can use a root domain (like yourgym.com) or a subdomain (like app.yourgym.com).

Step 2: Add your domain in Orlo

Contact Orlo support or your onboarding manager to request a custom domain. We’ll create the necessary configuration on our side and provide you with the DNS settings to use.

Step 3: Update your DNS

Log in to your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Domains, Cloudflare) and create the following DNS record:

  • Type: A
  • Name: The subdomain you chose (e.g. app) or for the root domain, use `@`
  • Target: 52.212.52.84

Step 4: SSL and activation

Once your DNS changes have propagated, Orlo will automatically issue an SSL certificate and enable your domain. This usually takes 10–30 minutes.
