Manage Rooms
This guide is for gym owners and personal trainers using Orlo to streamline operations, engage clients, and grow their business.
If your gym has multiple rooms or training areas, or you have classes in different locations, you can use the Rooms feature to organise where each class or session takes place. This makes it easier for staff and clients to know where to go.
Create Rooms
To get started:
- Go to Settings > Rooms.
- Click Add Room.
- Give the room a name (e.g., “Studio A”, “Weight Room”, “Upstairs Room”).
- Click Save.
Assign Rooms to Sessions
Once rooms are created, you can assign them to events and schedule events:
- When creating or editing an event or class, use the Room dropdown.
- Select the room where the class will take place.
- Save your changes.
The room name will appear on the schedule, so trainers and clients can see exactly where their class or session is happening.
Why Use Rooms?
- Helps prevent double-booking rooms.
- Makes the timetable clearer for staff and clients.
- Improves coordination in larger venues with multiple activity areas.
